Extra Mural Lessons
Our lessons are offered as part of the extra mural curriculum giving learners the chance to do something fun and educational as part of their school day. Our focus is on building confidence and communication skills as well as developing imagination and creativity. Each school works with different timetables. Please contact us for details regarding timetables and fees.
Eisteddfod Training
Our students are encouraged to enter Eisteddfods in the Benoni and Bedfordview area. We also host our own Confident Kids Eisteddfod annually which offers students the space to present their work which they work on intensely. This process really builds their confidence as they learn how to select, produce and perform their own work in front of a large audience.
Trinity College Training
We offer our students the opportunity to partake in the Trinity College Examinations. This is a prestigious London-based College that offers a variety of examinations in the arts. Our teachers are familiar with the curriculum and guide the students from inception to the final product, training them to success in their exam.
Online Classes
The focus of Confident Kids is to unlock your child’s potential by developing high levels of communication skills at a young age.
Our online drama lessons are offered from Grade 0 to Grade 7. Students sign up for a 10 week programme in Speech and Drama or Public Speaking. Lessons can be watched at any time and students can complete tasks and submit assignments at their own pace. Step into our virtual world by watching our tutorials below.
About Us
We are a team of qualified speech and drama teachers who offer lessons to schools in the Johannesburg area for the past 20 years.

By joining our lessons learners have the opportunity to develop skills in public speaking, poetry, prepared and unprepared reading, mime, dialogue and other creative exercises.
